7. Refund & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it is processed immediately.

  • Refunds are not applicable once the Prashad has been dispatched.

  • In case of failed transactions or duplicate payments, the amount will be refunded as per payment gateway policies.
